Our mission is Sharing Love & Happiness and we have a big heart! We believe that supporting our community is an important responsibility and a central part of our business. We have launched a number of initiatives to give back.

NYC KIDS & DOLLS T—SHIRT DONATIONS

We have just launched a new collection of T-Shirts now available online. We are donating 10% of the proceeds of the “GITANO PARADE” T-Shirt designed by Connie Girl to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute and 10% of the “GITANO PRIDE” to the Non-Essential charity set up by RJ King and Charlie Knepper supporting homeless LGBTQ+ youth.

BLACK TRANS BENEFIT & COCKTAIL

In 2020 we partnered with Dominic Jackson & Connie Girl Fleming on an initiated to raise money in support of the black trans community. We revised over $10,000 USD in 2020 and continue to raise money now in support of the Marsha P Johnson Institute & Destination Tomorrow. $3 from every CONNIE GIRL cocktail is donated.

GITANO URBAN FARM

In 2018 & 2019 before the pandemic we built an urban farm of 20 raised beds in the GITANO NYC Garden of Love and we taught over 2,000 public school students about urban farming and nutrition. This initiative was put on hold during the pandemic.

FEED TULUM

Tulum is our home and our love. To help our neighboring Mayan communities who are most impacted by the COVID-19 crisis we donated 100% of proceeds from GITANO Gift Cards to create Family Care Packages of essential food items (including water, rice, beans, lentils, tomatoes, tuna), face masks and other supplies. We are partnered with RODANDO CON CAUSA, a Tulum community non-profit organization, who is distributed Family Care Packages to 1,360 families in the 7 Mayan Villages just outside of Tulum: Hondzonot, Yaxche, Sahcabmucuy, San Silverio, Chanchen Primero, Chanchen Palmar, Palta Yalchen.
