We offer airport transportation from Cancun and Tulum airports and transportation around Tulum in standard and luxury vehicles.

Is breakfast included?
The “CASA BREAKFAST” is complimentary with your room rate and includes rustic toast with jam, coffee or tea, fresh juice, and the choice of one breakfast plate including Topical Fruit, Avocado Toast, Eggs Any Style, Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles, French Toast.
We serve breakfast from 8 AM to 11 AM in the GITANO BEACH Restaurant onsite.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION AT GITANO BEACH? IS THERE A COVER CHARGE?
Reservations are highly recommended if you would like a sunbed, double bed, or beach lounge. We also have seating on the restaurant deck. You can reserve with our CASA GITANO concierge or the host at the beach club.
There is no minimum spend for hotel guests.
Beach towels are provided complimentary for hotel guests.
DJ sessions: Thursday to Saturday (1 PM - 6 PM), Sunday (12 PM - 7 PM).
Every Sunday, we host a Beach BBQ & Sunset Fiesta.

DOES CASA GITANO HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
Our CASA & POOL is coming soon! CASA GITANO guests will have exclusive access to a dramatic 20M infinity pool, restaurant, and wellness center. This will be completed in the next phase of CASA GITANO.
We also have Beach Villas with private pools. You can book these online or upgrade before your arrival.
DO YOU HAVE CONSTRUCTION at THE PROPERTY?
Construction Status: There is no active construction on the property.
Future Development: The next phase of development will start in late 2024 and be away from our available guest rooms.
Construction Hours: Strictly enforced, 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs.
IS THE WATER SAFE TO DRINK OR BRUSH OUR TEETH WITH?
Water Safety: Please do not drink the water from the sink, and if you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to use the bottled water provided in the bathroom to brush your teeth.
Personal Bar: Stocked with Agua de Piedra Still and Sparkling water for purchase.
CAN WE FLUSH PAPER DOWN THE TOILET?
In all of Tulum, please refrain from flushing paper or other objects in the toilet. The sewer system is very delicate in our growing city.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. The pet rate is $65 USD per night
Weight Limit: Max 33 lbs (15 kgs)
Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash at all times outside of your room.
